Common installation issues and fixes

Our app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KYC photo upload), contacts (optional, for account recovery), and location (optional, to verify you are in a supported jurisdiction). All data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We use two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account — enable it in your account settings. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen; we'll send a reset link to your email.
